Job Details:

• Pay: $ 2600 per week

• Duration: 13 weeks

• Positions Open: 1

• Shift: Day

• 40 hours weekly guarantee

• EPIC

• Weekend rotation every other w/e. 1 day off the week before the w/e and 1 day off the week after the w/e

• Average miles per day/week: 50-60 miles/day

Requirements:

• Active Unrestricted CA License

• 1 year in the last 3 years In-Field Home Health Experienced RN. Palliative care experience preferred.

• Active BLS  certification - required

• Job License/Certification(s) Required: RN

• Valid Driver's License

• Must be able to provide at least 1 supervisory references
