** MUST HAVE RECENT ACUTE CARE HOSPITAL CASE MGMT EXP **
Orientation dates: 11/5, 11/19
Shift: 8-hour days (0800-1630) - 40 hours per week
Will float between Concord and Walnut Creek campuses as needed
Duration: 13 weeks
Certs required: Active CA license.
Must have 2+ years' experience in an acute care hospital.
Prefer previous travel and EPIC exp.
