• Schedule: 7 AM- 3 PM li>?
• Available Shift: Days/Evenings 36/40 hrs per week?

• Requirements: 1 year contracts function in role of case manager 0800-1630 Monday-Friday 2 years of recent acute care med/surg experience caring for complex pulmonary, cardiac, renal and immunological conditions
