Remaining shifts guaranteedSpecial Requirements: This is for an Admission, Discharge, Transfer (ADT) position that focuses on patient progression and optimizing discharge workflows. The shift is approximately 0800-1830 and involves collaborating with the multidisciplinary care team to identify discharge related tasks earlier in the patients' stay and elminiating barriers to timely discharges. The primary nurses will be completing discharge related tasks and full discharges as well. How much, or what work is delegated to the primary nurses depends in part on ADT staffing. Typically, ADT nurses are able to complete about 7-12 discharges a day.
