Your responsibilities include patient assessment, recognizing health issues, creating care plans, and assessing patient responses. What You'll DoYou, as an RN, will conduct detailed clinical assessments, prioritize patient and family needs, create, implement, and evaluate care plans. Adjust plans to reach desired outcomes.Building relationships, managing discomfort, staying professional are vital in therapeutic connections with patients and families.Creating care plans reflecting values aids in resolving issues.You will help educate patients, families, nurses, and community members to empower them with knowledge for better healthcare choices. Our workforce should mirror the communities we serve.QualificationsGrad of an Accredited ProgramSpecialized field of study should be nursing.A current and valid nursing license.Must have BLS certification or get it within 30 days of starting in this role.Required Experience: Candidates MUST have 2 years of recent, full time CVICU/Cardiac ICU, PCU/Tele, Cath Lab, and/or EP Lab RN experienceDescription for Job have basic knowledge of the job of a Cath lab nurse as in preparing patients for catheterization, angioplasty and pacemaker implantations.Must assist physician in the catheterization, angioplasty and pacemaker implantations processes.Must keep patient calm and relaxed during procedure where they re required to be awake.As a senior Cath lab nurse, must administer appropriate medicine when needed.Must be able perform proper after procedure care.Must check vital signs of the patient with proper care.Provide education about medications and care to the patients and families before the discharge.
