Job Description & Requirements

Job Requirements:
Title: RN Critical Care Float Pool
*Minimum Experience: 1 year; 1st Timers are accepted
*Patient Population: Adults to Geriatrics
*Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, NIH
*General Skills and Work Setting Requirements: All Protentional MS, MS Tele, PCU, ICU, Neuro ICU, CVICU diagnoses. Primary floating required is ICU Float but could float to all MS, MS/Tele, PCU, ICU units within the hospital
*Ratio / Census: 1:2-3 ICU; 1:4-5 PCU; 1:5-6 MS, MS Tele
*Unit Systems: Epic (Required), Pyxis, SBAR
*Scrub Color: Navy Blue
*Weekends: Every other weekend (average 6 weekends in a 13-week contract)
*Floating: Required
