Certification Details
- Strong CVICU RN Clinical Educator experience as well as ability and willingness to work the floor if needed.
- This position will flex between admin days and staffing shifts.
- Weekends: 2-4 wkd shifts per 4 weeks for CV educator position depending on needs.
- 26 total ICU including 2-4 CVICU patients.
- UNIT DETAILS: CV patients: CABG, Valves, TAVRs, washouts.
- M/S ICU- most diagnoses except trauma.
- PATIENT DIAGNOSIS: CVICU- valve disease, vessel disease, cardiogenic shock, aortic disease.
- SPECIAL EQUIPMENT: Hemosphere, ECMO cannulation (will fly out if cannulas remaining), Will be introducing Impella in near future, IABP, CRRT-NxStage, Artic Sun, Camino, EVD.
