Length: 26 weeks
Travelers are expected to be available to work at least 3 holidays out of the 5 ( Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas EVE, New Year's EVE, New Year's Day
Requirements:

• WA/Compact license
• Must have minimum 2 years experience
• CVICU experience
• Open heart experience
• Cardiac Surgical experience
• Travel experience
• IABP, fresh open heart
• BLS
• ACLS
• NIH preferred
• CRRT Prismaflex all required
• Balloon - Maquet Datascope preferred

Other details:

• Staffing ratio- 1:1-2
• Will accept first time travelers
• ECMO not required for Travelers IMPELLA - without
• PATIENT DIAGNOSES: Cardiovascular disease, Pre/post Cath Lab and IR procedures, Fresh Open Heart Surgery
• COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions and Declinations Allowed
• Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Unknown

The 26 weeks is flexible to any amount a traveler can commit to over 13 weeks. Travelers are expected to be available to work at least 3 holidays out of the 5 ( Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas EVE, New Year's EVE, New Year's Day.
