About the Job
- Current State of Arizona RN license or an RN license from a compact state with multistate privileges or the ability to establish licensure according to Arizona law prior to start date.
- Current BLS certification for Healthcare Provider from the American Heart Association.
- Current PALS certification from the American Heart Association.
Certification Details
- COVID-19 vaccination is recommended but not required.
- Flu vaccination will be required October through April.
- Flu exemption applications must be received and approved by Phoenix Childrens prior to starting.
- Anyone not vaccinated for either Flu or COVID-19 will be required to sign Declination & Masking Protocol agreements and must mask during the full respiratory virus season.
- Days and nights available - Shift will be decided during the interview.
- 2 years pediatric CVICU experience
- Childrens hospital experience strongly preferred
Job Details
- Two-year (ADN) degree in nursing, a four-year degree (BSN) in nursing, or a Diploma Nursing degree.
- BSN preferred.
