4x10's, no block schedule guarantee, Up to 60 hours of call per 6-week schedule. Must work 1 major holiday. Minimum 2 years CVOR exp

Licenses/Certifications: CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support), State License-RN-Tennessee, ACLS (Advance Cardiac Life Support)
