04:30am–18:30pm (dependent on patient census). 36-hour weekly guarantee. To meet the guarantee of hours, traveler must be able to pick up additional shifts as needed. No on-call required. Floating facilities required. HD – HHD – Acute Training Required – Prior experience within an SNF environment preferred. Former clinical management role would be a positive as well.
