Minimum of 1-2 years CURRENT successful leadership/management experience strongly required Minimum 3 years progressive experience in Central Service and/or operating room in a leadership position within an area providing same or similar service. Experience working with and directing others in a fair, consisted and respectful manner. 5 years in an acute care sterile processing department. 1+ years experience preparing for CMS or Joint Commission survey preferred. Bachelor degree required Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need. BLS (AHA) HSPA (IAHCSMM) #HCRR BHP
