- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support from American Heart Association required for ACU, Cath Lab, CCU, DOU, ED/ER, ICU, L&D, OR, PACU, RT, SDS, and Tele
- BLS - Basic Life Support from American Heart Association
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support from American Heart Association required for ER, PACU, Cath Lab, RT, SDS & all Pediatric RNs
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure from American Heart Association required for NICU, L&D, and Postpartum
- HIPAA Safety Manual Acknowledgement prior to start
- State License - Copy of Professional License required
- State License Verification
- IV Certification for LVN/LPN
- FIRE CARD (LA City facilities only - EHMC & SOH)
- Management of Assaultive Behavior (MAB) required for ER and Psych
- Sonographer - Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) Certificate
- Proof of current license
