About The Position
Weekly Pay Range - $2259 To $2510 **Job Title:** Registered Nurse **Job Specialty:** Emergency Room (ER) **Job Duration:** 13 weeks **Shift:** Day, 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00) **Guaranteed Hours:** To be discussed **Experience:** 2+ years required, Travel experience required **License:** CA RN License **Certifications:** - ACLS - BLS - PALS - TNCC **Must-Have:** - Epic charting experience preferred - All certifications must be current and obtained from the American Heart Association - Must have a valid state license at the time of application - Applicants need to be available for lab work within 3-5 days of signing contract **Job Description:** - Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles. - Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions. - Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records. - Administer medications and treatments prescribed by a physician. - Establish care plans, or contribute to existing ones. - Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans. - Conduct specified laboratory tests. - Evaluate the effectiveness of nursing service to the patient and family. - Orient and educate patients and their families regarding their health.
