Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - 1st Assist **Position:** RNFA **Location:** 6570V OPEN HEART OR GMCL, Georgia **Target Start Date:** 3 weeks from Offer **Schedule:** - Full-time, Monday to Friday, 10-hour shifts (6:00 AM - 4:30 PM) - Rotating nights, weekends, and holiday call **Minimum Qualifications:** - Current RN license in Georgia - Completion of an accredited RNFA program - 2 years recent CVOR experience **Department Overview:** - Performing 4-6 open heart surgeries daily (CABG, AVR, MVR, etc.) - Average of 2 cases per First Assist per day **Holiday Requirements:** - Must work 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s) and 1 minor holiday (Black Friday or Christmas Eve). **Note:** Local candidates within 50 miles are preferred.
