Registered Nurse – Home Health - Travel - (HH RN)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1093.63 - $1205.23
1) How long is the contract assignment? 13 weeks 2) Schedule of assignment hours? M – F, 8am – 5pm? 3) Will this candidate be visiting patients in care facilities or only in patient’s homes? ALF and patient homes 4) Will you want to hire the contractor at the end of the contract or is this truly a contract assignment? I’m not sure complete details of how to answer. I need as soon as I can get someone for FT hours. 6) What region are you in? Home health or Hospice? Home health 7) What’s creating the request? - work load 8) To which location will this person report for assignment, full address, Including the OU (Location Code) 2256 Anderson 933 South Hwy 29 Anderson SC – CC covers Anderson, Oconee, Easley areas Please confirm above location is correct and list any other territories that are to be covered by the candidates: 9) How many miles per week will the consultant travel? 30/40 a day? Weekly? At least 50-60 a day, rural territory 10) What are the weekly units of productivity expectations? 25/30? 30 11) What EMR systems will the consultant be using: HomeCare HomeBase, Oasis, Outlook HCHB 12) Will there be any on call?
