Job Details:

• Pay: $ 1960 per week

• Duration: 13 weeks

• Positions Open: 1

• Shift: Day

• 40 hours weekly guarantee

• EPIC

• On Call/Weekend requirements: Weekend rotation every other weekend

• Average miles per day/week: 50-60 miles/day

Requirements:

• Active Unrestricted CA License

• Required 1 year in the last 3 years In-Field Home Health Experienced RN; OASIS Experience

• Active BLS  certification - required

• Valid Driver's License

• Must be able to provide at least 1 supervisory references
