Ardor Health Solutions is looking for a Home Health - HH to join our travel team in Lake Oswego, OR! This is a full time travel contract position.
Requirements include, but are not limited to:
- Active OR CenterWell Home Health (CWHH) license
- 2+ years of Home Health - HH experience
- This position begins on 11/04/2024 and ends on 02/09/2025
