Job Title: Home Health • Registered Nurse • Days
Are you a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse looking for a new opportunity in home health care. Our client is seeking a Registered Nurse to join their team in Worcester, MA. This is a 13•week contract position with potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide home•based care to patients in designated territories
• Maintain accurate patient records using the Oasis EMR system
• Adhere to all safety and PPE guidelines
Requirements:
• Must hold a valid MA Nursing License
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
• Home Health experience is required
• BLS certification
• Must be flexible and able to adapt to changing situations
• COVID•19 vaccination is not required but is preferred
Additional Information:
• This is a day shift position requiring 24 hours per week
• There is no on•call requirement for this role
• Parking details will be provided upon hire
• Scrubs of any color are acceptable
• Orientation will be provided at our client's Southborough office
