Job Title: RN - Home Health
Location: Richmond, VA
Shift: Rotating 12 hour shifts - 7a-7p and 11a-11p
Duration: 13 weeks Contract
Salary: $60/HR to $62/HR
Duties:
3 years of critical care, acute care, or medical surgical RN experience.
BSN required.
VA or compact license required at time of submission.
BLS and ACLS certification is required.
Mileage will be reimbursed at IRS rate.
The Hospital at Home RN provides direct patient care to inpatients at the acute level but within the comfort of the patient's own home environment. Each patient has an individualized plan of care that determines the tasks and duties for their home visits.
The Home Hospital Registered Nurse is responsible for providing the essential elements of the inpatient care delivery model into the
patient's defined living space using leveraged technology and remote clinical care coordination. The Home Hospital RN provides quality care
to patients through the implementation of the nursing process applied through a team nursing model. The Home Hospital RN will access and
document the care of patients and will work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary healthcare team to deliver therapeutic interventions within
the patient's home while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
