-Required Certs: BLS -2+ years of HOME HEALTH/HOSPICE experience required -Shift: 40hrs/wk 10-hour shift – varying days (including weekend coverage) -Days with On Call coverage and potential for call outs after hours -Candidate would have a patient case load to follow (could be between 15-20 patients) -Home care census is 50-60, hospice is 5-10. Very small agency.
