Job Details- Target Ratios: 1:1-3 acuity based- Shift: 3 or 4, 12Hr 18:45-07:15- Call Requirement: None- Float Requirement: Must be flexible to float where need, could include CICU, MS, Tele & ER- Weekend Requirement: 3 weekends per 6-week schedule block- Skills: - Patient Diagnoses: Sepsis, Shock, Multi-organ failure, Respiratory Failure, Trauma, Neuro/brain injuries, Complicated surgeries, stroke, encephalopathy.- Special Procedures/Unit Details: Unit Based Educator available M-F and PRN- Special Equipment: Ceiling lifts, hoyer lifts, sit to stand lifts, extensive amount of safe-patient handling equipment. Baxter Sigma Spectrum IV Pumps- Unit Systems (Medication, Documentation, Communication): Omnicell, Cerner, SBAR- Scrubs: Navy Blue
Job Requirements- Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years experience required- Traveler Experience: Accepts first time travelers with Cerner experience only (Screen if first time traveler with no Cerner)- Skills: - Certs: ACLS, Trauma/Neuro experience
