*Job Requirements: *Minimum Experience: 2 years; 1st Timers are accepted *Patient Population: Adults to Geriatrics *Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, NIH *General Skills and Work Setting Requirements: General Diagnoses include ARDS, Sepsis, Stroke, STEMI, DKA, Post-op complications, Cardiogenic shock, GIB, COPD exacerbation, encephalopathy, Liver failure, Drug overdose, ESRD on CRRT; Block scheduling is not guaranteed; No Travel Pairs (regardless if one is on another unit) *Ratio / Census: 1:2-3 (Traveler should be prepared for the possibility of taking a 3rd patient); 24 Rooms with average daily census of 19 *Unit Systems: Pyxis, Epic, SBAR *Scrub Color: Navy Blue *Benefits • Medical & Health Insurance Benefits from First Day for All Clinical and Patient-Facing Employees. • 401K Plan • "Your Way is Paid" – we pay for ALL employment requirements, onboarding, physicals, titers, etc. • $500 referral bonus #HCAK
