Requirements:
- NH RN License
- 2 years experience in a Hospital Setting required
- Must have Medical and Surgical ICU experience
- BLS
- ACLS
- AIBP experience & CCRN preferred
- Number of Beds: 8
- Patient Ratios: 2:1
- Documentation system: Meditech
- Type of equipment : GE B650 cardiac monitors, vents, Gaymar cooling
- Floating policy: ICU may float to critical care or intermediate care areas when needed
