Shift: Nights / 6:45p-7:15a (12x3) 36 hours per week, every other weekend
Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:
- KY License
- 2+ Years’ Experience
- ICU experience & Cardiac ICU, experience with Pulmonary Artery Catheters & Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump
- ACLS, BLS, NIH
- Additional Cardiac pumps – swan, balloon & CRRT preferred
- Number of Beds: 24
- Patient Ratios: 2:1; rarely 3:1 for a short period of time
- Equipment: SWAN, IMPELLA, IABP, ARTIC SUN (Target Temperature Management), ZOLL IVTM (Target Temperature Management), EKOS, CADD, Alaris IV Pumps, Peritoneal dialysis, Prismax
- EMR: Cerner
- Float Requirements: All ICU or PCU units
- Additional Cardiac pumps – swan, balloon & CRRT
- Type of Patients on Unit: Medical & Cardiac ICU patients
- Scrub Color: Galaxy Blue tops/bottom/jackets. Black scrub bottoms only
