Any call offs or additional RTO on unit, could possibly turn into a Cancel and DNR ### ***BLACK OUT DATES FOR HOLIDAY RTO: 12/20/2024 - 01/05/2025; HARD STOP, NO EXCEPTIONS*** REQUIRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP: Minimum Years of Experience: 2 year Experience Traveler Experience: Unit Will Accept 1st Time Travelers Locals Accepted / Rate Difference: Yes Skills: Vents, IV Start, Neuro Intensive Care Unit, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management, Continuous IV sedation, CVA/Acute Stroke management, External ventricular drains (EVD), ICP Monitoring, Post Neurosurgery management, Care of Ventilated Patient, Isolation Precautions/ Use of PPE, Lumbar Drain experience & Arterial Line Management ***Strong Neuro experience, MUST BE 2 YEARS, NO LESS*** Certs: ACLS, BCLS, NIH JOB DETAILS: RATIOS: Ratios 2:1 (can flex up to 3:1 in high census and nurse must be comfortable with this if needed). Average Daily Census 11-12 SHIFT: *36 Hours Can Be Offered Unit will accept contracts from 13 weeks+ up to March 15, 2025 (hard stop) to get the Unit through the Holidays! 12 HOUR NIGHTS; 18:45 - 07:15 ***RTO: 7 days MAX for Aya Auto Offer*** ***BLACK OUT DATES FOR HOLIDAY RTO: 12/20/2024 - 01/05/2025; HARD STOP, NO EXCEPTIONS*** Call Requirement: NONE Float Requirement: YES Weekend Requirement: EVERY OTHER WEEKEND
