Job Details
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Required Skillset: Stepdown/Intermediate Care/PCU
- Prior completion of one travel contract preferred but not required
- EPIC experience strongly preferred
- Must be a hard worker, resilient, and able to manage change well
- Candidate should be social
- Should be able to manage independently and complete tasks timely in a fast-paced unit
Job Requirements
- Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36
- Shift: 12hr Variable Days/NOCs - shift rotation every week or every two weeks
- Weekends: Every other
- Holidays: Every other
Schedule Information
- Unit Details: 8 bed unit Med Surg Intermediate Care Unit, focusing on conditions such as trauma, alcohol detox, GI bleed, and spinal cord injury among others
Unit Specific Information
- Radius Rule: Contractors must live outside 50 miles from facility
- Float Requirements: To all inpatient units as needed. Potential to float to Stevens Point, Plover, Divine Savior if needed
- On Call/Call Back: None
- Patient Ratio: 4:1
- Unit Info: 8 bed unit Med Surg Intermediate Care Unit. Tele. Stable, sepsis, trauma alcohol detox, GI bleed, colostomy/ileostomy, chest tubes, TBI, Ortho Trauma, spinal cord injury, Stroke. Primary Patients/Insulin Drips
