K4 (ICU) - Gen Surg, Trauma, TxWe are a 20-bed ICU with 1:1-2 staffing ratios.Our patient population includes: General Surgery, Surg-Onc, Trauma, Liver Transplant Post-Op, Traumatic Brain/Spine Injuries, Orthopedic Surgery, and Vascular Surgery.We are looking for candidates with at least two years of experience in Surgical and/or Trauma ICUs, preferably at major Academic Medical Centers or Level 1-2 Trauma Centers. They should have experience with managing ventilators, hemodynamic instability, unstable spines, ventriculostomies, open abdomens, traction, comfort care and organ donation patients. We would also like them to have experience charting with EPIC.
