Assignment for 20 Weeks
RN for ICU Team.; 12hr Evenings shift is 1 36 E/O weekend req; BLS ACLS req; Epic exp req; Travelers float first Orientation e/o Monday, NYS license required or proof is in process . License, or proof it is in process with application date clearly visible, must be included with the submission packet. EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable. Monday to Sunday; Bi-weekly Orientations on Monday. IVS to OFFER; This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit. Please ensure all employment gaps over 30 days are explained. Covid and Flu declinations accepted- please have either proof or declinations in packet. No block schedules for any reason. Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended. Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November – April
