Isolation/Reverse Isolation Practices • National Patient Safety Goals/Core Measures • Surveillance and Disease Reporting • Identification of Trends • CDC/CMS Guidelines • National Healthcare Safety Network (NHSN) • The Joint Commission Standards (TJC) • Disease Process/Infection • Healthcare Personnel Practices • Infection Prevention Practices/Education/Surveillance Years of experience REQ: 1 year of recent SNF, LTC, LTAC, or Short Term Acute Inpatient Infection Prevention experience First-timers accepted: (Y/N)?
