Requirements:
Must live 75 Miles away from facility
2 recent MS Charge/Manager RN References
Skills Checklist matching specialty
Drivers licenses with address that matches demographics
Current AHA BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
NURSYS Report Licenses verification with ACTIVE NY License

Experience Required:
2+ years of experience in IMCU/PCU and documents travel experience.

Unit Specifics:
Common Diagnosis - Neuro, Cardiac, Trauma, Resp: COPD, DKA, Sepsis, MI, CV stepdown, post op.

Specialty Equipment:
Temp pacer, Chest tubes, A lines, Bipap, Neptune Vapo

Required drips & Medications:
Insulin, Cardizem, and Heparin, Nitro, Cleviprex, Precedex, Dopamine, Amiodarone, Cardene, Dobutrex, Neo all required – exception for 1-2 if all others present/competent.

Vents:
Yes-chronic vents -unable to wean- RT to assist
