Unit uses flow track system, hypothermia (artic sun) * ED and ICU will use TPA. * Hospital does not have a CCL, but patients are transferred. RN should have strong cardiac EKG experience with taking, interpreting and responding RNs will be issued Spectra Link Phones. Families are important, teaching, rounding, white boards, HCAHPS, etc. Kronos swipe system. Family and community important, as well as team and peer relationships. If census is high, more RNs are staffed core. An RN from Unit responds to all in house codes, and stroke calls.
