Job Overview: Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Facility Type: Long-Term Care (LTC) - skilled care residents only (no memory care) Shift: 12-hour shifts, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM (Night shift) Contract Length: 13 Weeks Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend Hourly Bill Rate: Housing reduces bill rate by $8.00/hr if utilizing facility housing. Housing Options: Facility Housing: Spacious apartments with bedroom, living area, and bathroom available for rent on the second floor of the facility. Laundry facilities are available at no cost. Other Housing Options: Dakota Lodge (pet-friendly), or AirBNB options through the MSP Account Manager. Housing Availability: On-site housing may be limited due to current demand; it’s important to confirm availability early. Facility and Location Details: Facility Size: 40-bed LTC facility; average of 34 residents. Location: Lemmon, SD (rural area with no public transport). Travelers must have reliable transportation. Nearby Amenities: Local grocery store (Lemmon IGA), Family Dollar, Dollar General, bakery, flower shop, etc. Walmart is 90 miles away. Meals: Meal tickets are available for $3-$4 per meal, or you can use the staff break room for lunches. Parking: Back lot preferred; front lot available if the back is full.
