- Perioperative Educator is responsible for the successful onboarding of new team members, as well as ensuring annual and ongoing education is conducted for all team members. Assist with orientation calendars and monitoring progress; regular rounding with new team members and preceptors to track progress. Assist with performing quality audits and creating education resources for gaps in practice.

- Proof of negative Blood test or Skin test as described below. - QuantiFERON Blood Test within one year prior to start OR 2-Step TB Skin Test 1 within 30 days and the other within 1 year - If positive TB record; Must provide MD note stating traveler is free of active TB or provide proof of treatment for LTBI within 30 days of start.
- Statement signed and dated within 1 year of start stating traveler is able to work without restrictions.
