- Number of staff: Day shift - 10, Night shift - 8
- Type of staff: RNs, CNAs, PCTs
- Dress code: Navy blue scrubs
Unit Specific Information
- Shift details: Day shifts (1 charge, 6 nurses, 3 PCTS); Night shifts (1 charge, 5 nurses, 2 PCTS)
- Patient ratios: 1:5 or 1:6 days, 1:6 or 1:7 nights
- Equipment used: PCAs, on-Q pumps, Hoyer lift, traction, wound vacs
- EMR system: Meditech
- Typical procedures: Neurosurgeries, fracture repair/IM nailing, general surgery, bariatric surgery, hysterectomy
- Best personality fit: Time management skills, upbeat team player
