Orientation: Every 4th Tuesday of the month ONLY
Shifts & Scheduling: 7a-7p/7p-7a
Weekend Requirement: Every other
Floating Requirements: Possibly pulled to Tele depending on experience
Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS
# Beds: 33
Ratios: 5-7:1 with Aides
*Exp or Must have skills AMS, CHF, AMI, PN, COVID,DM 2 years, able to read and interpret telemetry. Not required to titrate drips Tele w/monitor tech. Yes RN reads strips Charge Nurse/House Supervisor: Both avail RT/Equipment (ie Cpap, Bipap, High Flow): All
In-house Security: 24/7 In house
*Holiday Requirement: Every other

3. What will get our candidates interviewed the quickest? Clean files; Good Sizzle Statement; All certs
4. Scale of 1-5 (1= FAST, 5=SLOW), how quickly do the managers call our clinicians? 2
5. Are rates negotiable? No
6. Can you Market a candidate to this facility? Yes
7. Extension Approvals; Most of the time yes
