Job Details:

• Pay: $ 1080 per week
• 3x12 days or nights

Requirements:

• Active Unrestricted AZ License
• Must have at least 2 years experience in Rehab
• BLS via American Heart Association - required
• Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references
