- 3x12 Schedule with every other weekends & holidays required

- Medical Surgical Unit - Mount Sinai West
- Average Unit Census = 30 patients
- 34 Beds in Unit
- Staffing Guidelines = 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio
Unit Specific Information
- Performs charge nurse duties as assigned.
- Coordinates with the Clinical Coordinator to ensure supplies are appropriately utilized and inventory is sufficient for patient care.
- Escalates material or staffing resource deficits to charge nurse, Clinical Nurse Manager or Nursing Shift Manager.
- Facilitates patient throughput on shift basis.
