- Unit Information: Progressive Neuro Care Unit (PNCU)
- Number of Beds – 23
- Number of Staff – 19 RNs
- Type of staff: Day Shift – 1 Clinical Coordinator, 5 staff RNs, 2 PCTs when census is full; Night Shift – 1 Clinical Coordinator, 5 staff RNs, 2 PCTs when census is full
- Patient Ratios – 4:1/5:1
- Type of equipment – Feeding pumps, peg tubes, IVs, central lines, drains, EKGs
- EMR – Meditech
- Hiring Profile: Must have: Strong sense of Teamwork, Compassion and Patience; Preferred or nice to have: Strong Communication Skills, Neuro Assessment Skills
- List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Assist Neurologist with bedside LPs, Central Line Dressing Changes, Tube Feedings, Wound Cases
