Shift: Mids / 3p-11:30p, 8x5, 40hrs per week, M-F, No weekends and holiday rotation
Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:
- WI RN License
- 2+ years of MS experience required
- Experience must be short term acute care hospital experience
- Must be able to read Tele
- BLS
- NIHSS
- Charting Experience Required: recent Epic charting in past 12 months
- At least 1 travel contract completed preferred
- Float required
- Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio): 2E MedSurg (22 beds ); up to 1:6
- They will need to be trained for charge which will be additional training on the unit
- Covid-19 Vaccine Required unless Medical or Religious Exemption applies
- Scrub Colors: Any
