Length: 13 weeks
Travelers are expected to work every other week
Call-Ins: If a traveler call-ins for a contracted shift, the traveler is expected to 1) make up the day during the pay period, if a 0.9 FTE. OR 2) if a 0.9 FTE and unable to make up during the pay period, then the shift will be added at the end of the traveler contract 3) If a 1.2 FTE, any call-in shifts will be added to the end of the contract
Requirements:
- IN/compact license
- Minimum 2 year of MedSurg experience
- 2 years overall RN experience required
- BLS
- Skillset : Management of dysrhythmias and Interpretation of dysrhythmias preferred
- Staffing Ratios: 1:5-6
- First Time Travelers Accepted
- Floating Requirements: Unit travelers may be expected to float to different levels of care (Med-Surg, PCU, ICU) with resources provided if needed
- Unit Information: Post Operative - Urology, GYN, GI, Ortho etc. & some pre-op patients
- Effective 9/1, the COVID vaccine is required for all travelers. Declinations will not be accepted; however medical or religious exemptions will be accepted with a doctor's note provided.
- Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline):Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only
