Unit 1: Oncology, Hematology, Nephrology, Endocrine, GI, Dermatology, General Medicine

Unit 2: MS Stroke Stepdown Patients

Floating Required: Yes

Scrub Color: Navy Blue

EMR Exp: EPIC

Requirements:
Must live 75 Miles away from facility
2+ years of experience in MS that documents travel experience.
2 recent MS Charge/Manager RN References
Skills Checklist matching specialty
Drivers licenses with address that matches demographics
Current AHA BLS, NIHSS
NURSYS Report Licenses verification with ACTIVE NY
Oncology Chemo Certificate Preferred/Not Required [For unit 1].
Oncology Experience is Required [For unit 1].

Unit Specifics:
Common Diagnosis - CA diagnosis, Oncology, Hematology, ESRD, Diabetes, GI, Abdominal Pain, Dermatology, General Medicine, Stroke, altered mental status, renal, dialysis, COPD, CHF, isolation, general med surg, pneumonia, pulmonary issues.

Specialty Equipment:
IV pumps, NG tubes, feeding tubes, Chest tubes, specialty beds (sand beds)

Required drips & Medications:
Heparin drips, Lasix, Bumex, blood administration and chemo.
