REQUIRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP:
Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years Minimum Experience
Traveler Experience: Unit WILL ACCEPT 1st time travelers ONLY if they have EPIC experience.
Locals Accepted / Rate Difference: Yes
Skills: IV Start
Certs: BCLS
PREFERRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP:
Skills: Telemetry
Certs: ACLS and NIH.
JOB DETAILS:
Target Ratios: 1:6-7 (usually only see 7 with last min call outs which is rare but have plans in place to help support the nurses if that's the case)
36 hours can be offered.
Unit will accept contracts from 13+ weeks up to March 15, 2025 (hard stop) to get the Unit through the Holidays!
Shift: 12HR NIGHTS
***RTO: 7 days MAX for Aya Auto Offer***
Call Requirement: NONE
Float Requirement: May be floated to other units with same skill levels or tasks.
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend.
PATIENT DIAGNOSES: Medical and post surgical patients. Remote telemetry monitoring.
UNIT SYSTEMS: Pyxis, EPIS, SBAR
SCHEDULING TYPE: Unit schedules
UNIT ORIENTATION: 12 hours; Hospital Orientation week one; traveler must be available for classes each day.
SCRUBS: Navy blue, white or combination of navy/white
