Tech Cert Verification - National preferred, not required for OR Tech / Surgical Tech
HIPAA Safety Manual Acknowledgement not required for Non-Clinical APN
Acknowledgement of PassFail Testing needed if no valid comp exam on file
State License 1 Verification required
NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP) required
Pass/Fail Testing (EKG/Medication) certain requirements for RNs and LPN/LVNs

Acute medical surgical unit (oncology) with some tele monitored patients, 25+ private beds, acuity ranges from moderate to high. No vented patients. 1:5-6 nurse patient ratio.
Job Requirements
1.5 years of MS/Tele exp
Large hospital exp and level I or II trauma required
Must be able to read & interpret Telemetry independently, strong neuro assessment skills
Epic EMR experience
Navy scrubs required.
Schedule Information
SHIFT: 3x12's Night Shift (1900-0730), every Sunday & every other Fri/Sat, every other holiday
