Salary: $2,398.00/week
Medical specialty: Medical / Surgical - Telemetry
Standard shift: Nights - Rotating Shift Schedules - Every Other Weekend (EOW), Holidays/On-Call/Callback/Charge per Unit Needs.
Weekly schedule: 3x12
Shift Timings: 07:00 PM - 07:30 AM [Must be able to work 2/3 holidays. Cannot have Christmas and Christmas Eve off.]
Patient Ratio: Ratios are running 1:5/6 ratios.
Float Required: Yes
Scrubs Required: Solid Black.
Unit Description:
This is a 24-bed med-surg/tele unit at the Barberton campus.
Primarily providing care for medical patient that require telemetry monitoring.
Patient population could also include progressive care level patients which include cardiovascular treatment plans involving medication drips as well as neurological patients requiring frequent NIH assessments.
COVID and other isolation patients may be part of the patient population on this unit.
Experience Required:
Must have 2+ years of experience.
Must have Epic experience within the last year.
Good telemetry background
Required Certifications & Licensure:
Current RN License issued by the Ohio State Board of Nursing, or a current multistate compact RN License (eNLC).
