ALL requirements listed in job description & submittal requirements are NON-NEGOTIABLE and no exceptions will be made.Cleveland Clinic- Lutheran Hospital – Med/Surg Tele RNMinimum of 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.Must have 18 months perm MS/Tele PRIOR to travel.MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HANDAHA BLS & ACLS requiredRecent (within the last 6 months) Epic charting experience is REQUIRED.*TWO recent references from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are REQUIRED to qualify for submission. References must be from assignments worked in the past 12 months. Charge RN refs accepted!
