Unit Specific Information
- Government-Issued Photo ID required. Photo Identification must be carried on person during hours of service to client.
- Required based on unit/specialty
- Must be AHA or ARC.
- Preferred, not required for Oncology RNs
- Required for MLT, Medical Assistants, Ultrasound Techs, Speech-Language Pathologists
- Once candidate is cleared to start, facility will email module information. Core Modules must be completed prior to start. Modules are not tracked by Qualivis.
