About The Position
Weekly Pay Range - $2292 To $2547 **Job Title:** Registered Nurse **Job Specialty:** NICU **Job Duration:** 13 weeks **Shift:** Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) **Guaranteed Hours:** Facility may call off once per two-week pay period **Experience:** Minimum 2 years required **License:** Valid State of CA license must be in hand **Certifications:** BCLS, NRP **Must-Have:** - Ability to float between like units, including mother baby unit - Commitment to working 3 of the 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day) - Minimum of 1 year of employment covered by references within the last 3 years **Job Description:** - Provide comprehensive care to neonatal patients in a NICU setting. - Maintain a patient ratio of 1:3. - Collaborate and communicate effectively with the healthcare team. - Participate and adapt to a block schedule as per manager discretion. - Attend a mandatory 40-hour orientation. - Wear royal blue scrubs as designated for the RN role. - Use Meditech for charting patient care. - Ensure compliance with COVID-19 vaccine requirements; medical/religious exemptions and declinations allowed. - All travelers expected to float between all facilities within a given state. - Responsible for own communication device unless provided by the facility; reimbursement up to a specified monthly amount if not supplied.
