Shift: 36 hrs/week, Day/Night, 12 hr shifts per week 0700-1930 and 1900-0730, with 2-3 weekends in each 6 week schedule. Flexibility is required per operational needs of department. Level 4 NICU experience required, or level III that included some surgical and trach vent management • Experience with post-op patients, g-tubes, trach/vents, various modes of invasive/noninvasive ventilation • Traveler must have completed two years in an acute care setting in addition to at least one year in a level IV NICU or level III NICU meeting above requirementsTraveler must have Wisconsin Registered Nurse license or compact license from their permanent address state. • BLS – must be certified through American Heart Association ONLY • PALS - must be certified through American Heart Associate ONLY • NRP required
