· Type of staff:
o Day Shift – Charge RN, Transport RN, relief RN 1-2, resource RN, clerk, and RN staff
o Night Shift – Charge RN, ,Transport RN, relief RN 1-2, Resource RNclerk, and RN staff
· Patient Ratios – California state law, 1:1, 1:2 and 1:3
· Type of equipment – HF Jet Vents, HFOV’s, aEEG, Whole Body Cooling
· EMR –Meditech and CPN
Typical hiring profile
Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
· Level 3 experience 2 years minimum
· NRP, BLS
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
· Previous travel experience

· Intubation, central lines, PDA ligation, chest tubes
· Whole Body Cooling
· aEEG monitoring
· Lumbar Punctures
· Umbilical Line Placements
· RN PICC team
· Penrose drain placaement
· GI surgeries

· Scrub Color - no specific color, but no street clothes allowed, scrub jackets only, short sleeve tshirt under scrubs ok, no long sleeves
